wabi shop operates this store and website, including all related information, content, features, tools, products and services (the “Services”) to provide you with a curated shopping experience. Our store is powered by Shopify, which enables us to provide the Services to you.

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) describe your rights and responsibilities when you access or use the Services. They apply together with any additional policies referenced here, including our Privacy Policy and Refund Policy.

4. Product characteristics and care disclaimer

4.1 Handmade items

Many of our products are handmade. This means that no two items are exactly the same. Small variations in colour, texture, shape, or finish are a natural part of the handmade process and are not considered defects. Product images are provided as a guide only, and the item you receive may differ slightly from what is shown.

4.2 Product care and use

It is the buyer’s responsibility to follow any care and use instructions provided with the product or on the product page. We are not responsible for damage caused by improper use, handling, or care, including (but not limited to) using products in ways they are not intended for or failing to follow cleaning or maintenance instructions (for example, placing items in a dishwasher when they are not dishwasher safe).

4.3 Second-hand and one-of-a-kind items

Some items sold by wabi shop are second-hand or one-of-a-kind. These items are unique and cannot be replaced or exchanged.

If a second-hand or one-of-a-kind item is damaged during shipping, or if you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us and we will work with you to find a suitable solution, which may include a return and refund in accordance with our Refund Policy. Due to the unique nature of these items, replacements or exchanges are not possible.

5. Orders and contract formation

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. A contract is formed only once we have accepted your order and sent you an order confirmation.

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including suspected fraud, errors in pricing or availability, or issues with payment. If your order is cancelled after payment has been processed, you will receive a full refund.

Your purchases are subject to our Refund Policy, which forms part of these Terms.

6. Prices and payment

All prices are shown in euros (EUR), unless stated otherwise.

Prices may change at any time but will not affect orders that have already been accepted. Prices do not include shipping costs or applicable taxes unless explicitly stated.

You agree to provide valid and authorised payment details. Payment must be received in full before an order is processed.

7. Shipping and delivery

Estimated delivery times are provided for guidance only and are not guaranteed.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, customs authorities, or circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to you once your order has been delivered to the address you provided.

8. Right of withdrawal (EU consumers)

If you are a consumer residing in the European Union, you have the legal right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise this right, you must notify us in writing within the withdrawal period. Returned items must be unused, undamaged, and returned in their original packaging.

Certain products may be excluded from the right of withdrawal, such as personalised items or sealed goods that are not suitable for return once opened. Details are provided in our Refund Policy.

9. Conformity and warranty (EU law)

Under EU consumer law, products must conform to the contract. This means they must match the description, be fit for their intended purpose, and be of satisfactory quality.

Our store is hosted by Shopify. While Shopify provides the technical platform, all purchases made through the Services are made directly with wabi shop.

Shopify is not responsible for any aspect of the sales relationship between you and wabi shop.

14. Feedback and reviews
